Dr. Robert Barnes is the absolute best. Hands down the best Internal Medicine doctor I've ever had. He spends one on one time to find out what's going on and come up with a treatment plan. He's very compassionate and empathetic, which is hard to find nowadays. And the lady at the front desk is very sweet to. Great job guys!!!

Before Tuesday, I had never been in a tanning bed before, but I was tired of being pasty, so I decided to give it a try! Let me say, the girl working Tuesday morning, and the girl that was working this afternoon (Thursday) were SO patient and helped me a lot and gave me great information figuring out what lotion, what level and how long I should be laying for. And they both answered all my questions with smiles on their faces. I work in the customer service industry and was soooo thankful to have girls so sweet willing to help me. I will definitely be a returning customer!!

I love this place! I moved to batesville ab 3 years ago and needed to find a new primary and tried here. They put me with Dr Shook. Let me let you, she is by far the best Doctor I have ever came in contact with. She actually cares, and you can sense and feel that. I was going through a rough time recent and she called me after hours and checked on me! She just blew me away. So I definitely recommend this clinic and especially Dr.Shook. But don’t book her too much I need her too y’all?

One unusual, and greatly appreciated, part of each visit, is the fact that everyone who comes through the doors is treated with respect and kindness. This lends to a positive atmosphere that is difficult to achieve considering that most clients may not be feeling their best. used her as a guardian ad litem and it was a s**t show. very bias, sexist and some may say very racist. do not use this woman, she does zero research! she literally excused a middle age white woman of grooming young black children, getting kids drunk and taking advantage of young black teenagers/kids! multiple kids with videos and pictures to prove it. she was so focused on trying to get a payout, she literally shoved the kids safety and wellbeing aside! she's very dangerous and should never have that kind of position. and to think she's a youth judge at that. very disgusting! imagine if it was a black woman in her mid 30s getting kids drunk and taking advantage of them, do you think she would be excused or justified? not at all! Tunica ms and Batesville ms, be aware! this law firm needs to be exposed
We love Dr. Sharp and her staff! My babies have been going to them for about a year and a half. The staff knows them by name when we walk in the door, and they know all about their history and health. We get their annual shots there, and we've used them for boarding. The staff was fantastic and kept us updated on how the pups were doing while we were on vacation. We know our pups are in great hands with them. Recently I had to take my #1 girl in for her final time. That was the second hardest goodbye I've ever had to say, and they were so very caring and compassionate. When we picked up her remains a few days later, they also gifted us her paw print ornament. It really meant a lot to me. If you're looking for veterinary services in the area, I highly recommend Dr. Sharp.
