This is the rare company that combines impeccable skills with big hearts! We were blessed to have Lena Grace repair a unit that involved working in a hot attic in a very confining space, moving equipment up a flight of stairs etc. By the time she left because of her clear communication skills, we had a thorough understanding of the longevity of our units which was reassuring . A bonus? She took the time to speak to our aging parents. She was so gracious and kind. Thank you, Tri-Star,for employees like Lena Grace and so many more!

I use them to fix all my problems that I have where I work as far as plumbing and HVAC and electrical. These people can basically do almost anything! But, good work isn't cheap.
