The new team is good and taking over. The staff was incredibly friendly and the veterinarian was very kind and super informative. They removed a bump on an eyelid without excessive cost. The clinic offers top-notch customer service and the staff was more than willing to work in new patients. Dr. Butcher took his time explaining everything in detail and had patience with all questions. The staff was so sweet to the pets.
I can’t say enough about this clinic. From my initial call to my check out it was such a great experience. Top notch customer service! I am from out of town- one of my babies got sick and with it being a holiday weekend was concerned about waiting till Tuesday. The staff was more than willing to work us in as a new patient. Even as a work in the whole visit including blood work was about 1 hr. Dr. Butcher took his time explaining everything to us in detail and had patience with all of our questions. The staff was so sweet to our boy!

Amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and veterinarian that helped me with my dog was very kind and super informative. My dog had a bump on her eyelid which he removed without excessive cost. The eye Institute in St. Louis wanted $218 just to look at my did. Wright City Veterinary Clinic charged me just $65 to look at it. After the surgery, my dog healed perfectly. I’ll be going there and recommending my friends go there from now on. It’s right off exit 200 and you get there very quickly via the highway.
I just brought my dog and cat in, the rooms are nicely ventilated and the staff is really nice. I liked my veterinarian Nolan he was super knowledgeable and made me feel heard. He handled my little dog well too! I’ll definitely be bringing my babies here from now on. My only request is they expand to have an urgent care.. the closest one out here is 20 mins away. Or maybe a 24/7 hot line? Either way this doesn’t take away stars obviously, everything was great. Thank you!!
