We just had our PVC deck installed by STL Fenceworks. This company is awesome. Everyone was so nice and respectful of our property. We valued their suggestions both prior and during the installation. We have had friends who are carpenters who were impressed with the construction of the deck and said it exceeded the requirements to pass code. You could tell they cared about their workmanship. I highly recommend this company and everyone who worked on the deck. Thank you!

**UPDATE 5/23/22**Within an hour after posting this review, I received a call from the owner, who I had not previously dealt with. He was very apologetic for all of the issues and offered to do whatever necessary to correct the situation. Another service call was scheduled to fix the attic access hatch. The service guy also took care of an issue that I hadn't discovered until after speaking with the owner where the batting around the attic fan was causing problems with the fan blade. Much better experience this time around. It's just unfortunate that I had to go through this much effort to finally get quality service and the job done right. Rating increased from 3 to 4 stars because of the owner's willingness to make everything right.**ORIGINAL REVIEW**Hired Insulation Pros to add blown-in insulation to my attic. Installation crew left a mud stain on my carpet and black fingerprints all over my attic access hatch. Job was left incomplete as they did not properly batt around my attic fan. I immediately reached out to the sales person, and we was very apologetic, however, it took over a month for a crew to return to finish the job - and this was only after I received a call attempting to collect the balance due on the job. And I still had a mess to clean up of chunks of insulation that fell through the attic fan vents for several uses after the job was done.
Dan was the man. Had a strange issue with our electric furnace where we had everything working but the heat side of things just cut out and died. What I love is they recommend the simple fix first before suggesting the more expensive repair, and you could hear the frustration when the less expensive one didn’t work. Price wise, the repair was a bit lower than most others. The level of care, kindness, and professionalism was zenith. Will be using them from now on. Also, they liked my cat, so bonus points.
