This place is amazing we have finally found our forever vet. They all was so nice to our boy. The doctor came in an sat on the floor an checked our boy over an loced on him. She never rushed out of the room. She gave us tons of information. Very sweet staff.
We have used Dr. Falls for several years. This morning I called with an emergency situation and they had me come in immediately. They took such wonderful care of our pup (and my crying self). Dr Hack was empathetic and so knowledgable. They did an emergency surgery immediately. They took the best care of us. I owe them SO much for taking care of our fur baby. Our little Chihuahua had cut his paw. It was swollen and he was limping terribly. Our regular Vet was unable to accommodate. We could drop him off and they would work him in. No, not for me. I wanted to be with him. Falls Veterinary gave us an appointment right away. The first thing I noticed was the office wasn't clinical. It was very relaxed and comfortable. Dr Scott and Staff were professional and friendly. Yes, they called to check on PeeWee. It was a very good experience. Would I go there again, yes .
