“I do not know how anyone could leave a bad review. Kathy was wonderful. In a time where we are dealing with the loss of our 1 year old kitten Gus, Kathy was very kind and compassionate. She came to our house and picked him up after he passed and brought him back once they were finished. She also included a little paw print and some other nice keepsakes.
