“Working with Kathy has been a pleasure she's an amazing person so go far out of her way to make sure that you are not in pain during this time when my first animal passed away she came straight to my house with no questions asked picked up my cat gave me plenty of time to write up a beautiful piece of artwork on her box to give you beautiful poems to give you their hair she gives you there ashes she gives you everything and the comfort of knowing that your baby is being taken care of I know so many times when animals go to the vet they get put in with other dogs and it's all one big bundle you never feel this way with her you know she takes care of your baby even after it's gone I lost my second baby girl her name is Lily and Kathy actually met me at the office she'd had a stroke and I don't know what I would have done without her she was there from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left one of the hardest things I've ever have to do and then finally my last puppy passed away and once again Kathy came to my rescue as always she's a walking angel she stops whatever she's doing to help anybody at any time she's never once put me on hold never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience always gave me the time to write what I wanted on my special boxes for my babies I couldn't ask for anything more she takes care of him just like they're here they're her own I was so blessed to be introduced to her about 6 years ago and I've been with her ever since I would never go another way anytime anywhere doesn't matter night or day she's always there she's one of the most amazing people you'll ever meet and you'll be so grateful you went this way the way she treats your baby is the way they deserve to be treated and she puts her whole heart into it not just into loving your loved one but she also helps you she's always there I've even called her after my pets have passed away and she's listening to me she's amazing this company is amazing there's a lot of work that goes into this and I only know the little bits that I've seen she's worth it once again she's my walking angel she protects my babies after they're gone and make sure they're taken care of like they deserve to be and I'll never ask for more than that I truly love her and what she's taught me and how she treats me and my babies if you ever want to call me and talk to me you're more than welcome to I would love to speak to someone to let them feel reassured that you're going in the right direction once again Kathy is the one that I dealt with during these tough times for me and she's never let me down once thank you for everything Kathy thank you once again you're my saving Grace and don't forget you're a walking angel and an advocate for our animals and I love you for that“
