The staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly. They answer all questions and explain everything in detail. Appointments are honored, and the team is fast and efficient. They accommodated special needs, working with a patient to do a full exam in a regular chair. Patients felt very confident in the procedure needed and were impressed by the kindness, care, and gentleness received through the process and aftercare. One patient sees Mari for ichie spots, moles, skin tags, and the scalp, noting she is always very professional and has the correct diagnosis.
