Great customer service. It’s been a nightmare trying to schedule a consultation at other places, with most places either putting me on hold for 30 minutes just to hang up or tell me they’re a year out on consultations. Unknowingly called 10 minutes before close and the lady over the phone was still extremely helpful and polite.
Personable, fast services, seems more interested in moving people through at times. Does his job.
I would give it a 5 star if it weren't for Kathy that calls and threatens about a co-payment i knew nothing about sending it to collections. I'm too old to be threaten by collections, so her tactic is untouchable to me, just annoying, EACH AND EVERY TIME its her threat. With that said, I just take my time and pay it.
