Our house was built in 1932 with super old wood floors.We called Amant's thinking they would need refinishing, sand and varnish.When they told us that they could clean them we were skeptical but after thinking about the cost and mess difference we decided to give the cleaning a shot.We are so glad we did!Our floors look amazing.It's better than we could have hoped and could not be more thrilled with the results!Kevin's crew did a great job even cleaning up the glass from an exterior light fixture that crashed on concrete while they were there. (It was a super blustery day).Thanks Amant's for going beyond the expected.

The grout in our ceramic tile flooring (kitchen, mud room, and bathrooms) was very discolored. It looked horrible and we considered replacing all of the flooring. Someone we know recommended that we try just cleaning the grout to see if that would make a difference. After a lot of research, I got a recommendation for Amants. They were amazing from start to finish! They came out, gave us a bid, were honest about what they could and could not fix. Scheduling the work was easy. They arrived on time, very respectful of our home, and did a fantastic job. All of the floors look brand new and we couldn't be happier. The results are actually beyond what was promised. We had large installed carpet cleaned that had been neglected over a few years. It looks like new & he even got some rust stains out from a small water leak that we though were hopeless. He also cleaned & sealed our ceramic tile game room & it looks fantastic. Phil was exceptionally professional & thorough, as well courteous & pleasant to deal with.
