This company does not disappoint!I spoke with Jim on Monday to make an appointment as soon as possible and 2 Days Later Jesse came to my home to stretch my carpet and to clean it. I was not sure if it would ever look the same, but Jesse did an awesome job and it looks brand new. The price was very reasonable. It is very hard nowadays to find great customer service, but this company surely receives a five-star from me! I will definitely be referring my friends and family.Thank you so very much Jim and Jesse.

This is the second time that i’ve used Midwest Best and i couldn’t be more happy with the service. Jesse came out today and was on time, polite and knowledgeable about certain stains that likely would or wouldn’t come out. Jesse did an amazing job on my rugs and virtually got all of the stains out!I am going to recommend Midwest Best to any/everyone who needs rugs or carpet cleaning and keep Jim’s contact as my number one carpet cleaner ‘cause to me, they are “Midwest’s Best”Service: General carpet cleaning

We hired Midwest Best Carpet Cleaning to clean our carpets, wood floor, tile, air ducts, and to seal our grout. Jesse and Jim showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. I admit that I was skeptical that they'd be able to get some of the stains out because a few were really bad, but they got them all out and our floors look amazing! They also were able to repair a large hole in the carpet and fix a near 15 foot run caused by our vaccuum cleaner! Once again, thank you to Jim and Jesse.
