First of all, Tim was on time for our home inspection. He was friendly, honest, professional, and extremely thorough. He explained his findings and said we would receive a a full written report the same evening.The email with his report attached arrived later that same day as promised. It was organized by category, with written explanations and pictures. It provided an excellent blueprint for my handyman to make the necessary repairs.Overall, I was very pleased with Tim’s service and would highly recommend Mitchco when and if a home inspection is required.

Tim was very thorough with the inspection of our new home. He arrived in a timely manner, got to work and thoroughly checked all aspects of the home.
