Great from the beginning. The only one that helped me with recommendations of what to inspect instead of just doing whatever I asked for. Polite and responsive to my doubts. I will ask for their services if I need them next time!!

James is very thorough and professional. He's very friendly and explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend him for any home inspection.

The inspections themselves were completed on Monday and seemed to be fine, however, getting the reports wasn’t so smooth. My buyers were in a time crunch and needed the reports back asap due to our deadline approaching. I emailed James early Wednesday morning and told him that I realized he’d be picking up the radon monitor from the property that day, and asked him to send the reports at his earliest opportunity so that we’d have time to thoroughly review them before having to send the Inspection Notice to the seller’s side the next day.
