“Tom and the crew were able to get our project done while we were out of the house. This was a whole house project that included removing hardwood and a lot of carpet, then installing new vinyl plank and carpeting. “Shaw Flooring Inc. is by far the superior of all other floors. Not just the flooring but your Sales reps are also superior. Our soft surface sales rep Tommy Dault goes above and beyond selling his materials. There is only one other sales rep that can be as superior as Tommy..... and that is our hard surface sales rep Todd Tennell. Put those two together and it's like watching Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen together again! (Let those two pick who's MJ). The only thing that those two can improve on is their work attire, I've seen both wearing St. Louis Carinal hats and that is very unprofessional in my opinion. Look more professional... Like the 2016 Cubs World Series Champs hats.
After our orders go through to the sweetheart southern girls down in Georgia they are shipped to St. Louis to be looked over and received by Tavo Valencia(Regional Operations Manager). If I had to guess he vacuums the carpet and mops the LVT before it is shipped to us, it looks perfect! He's like Louis De Palma(Taxi), Michael Scott(The Office), and Han Solo(Star Wars) all put into one. Then the trucks are loaded and shipped off. Tim Ueltzen is one of our regular delivery drivers who has that Santa Claus work ethic to get the materials to the people who need them. Your drivers are like an Assembled Choir of Heavenly Angels! Their presence alone brings joy to anyone they come in contact with. They do the work of 100 men while keeping a smile the entire time. If our fork truck is down they will unload the material with their bare hands, and then wipe off all of the blood, sweat, and tears that they got on the materials. (They are pet proof already) They are known for taking their lunch at places like the orphanage and reading the Bible to the blind Children, the homeless shelter to give away the shirt on their back, or even a Nursing Home to assist the elderly by doing things like getting a kitten out of a tree. They are sure to take their work boots off in places that have Mohawk or Mannington floors due to their poor quality. But in the winter months they wear their snow cleats across our Shaw Flooring and it holds up like a cockroach, It can be stomped on and it just keeps lasting. We've accidently called them Clark, or Mr. Kent... because they are just like Superman. Shaw drivers have many of the similarities to the 1985 Chicago Bears. They can not be stopped, they get the job done right, and by far they are the Greatest! I could keep this going saying how great Shaw Drivers are but I have to leave and try to get a spot out of some Mohawk Carpet that had water spilled on it and then fill in a scratch in some Mannington Hardwood that was damaged by a sock.
