“I was in need of a handy man service for an attic ladder installation and luckily Crosby came across my social media around that time. My wife and I, as well as my parents had used them for roofing in the past and we were very happy with the job they did for us. I am completely satisfied with the Job. Communication was easy and clear during the process with very little wait for reply. I even made a mistake and got the wrong attic ladder to be installed and Crosby waited for us to get the right ladder and installed the same day as scheduled. I highly recommend Crosby and my only complaint is I can't give more than 5 Stars on this review.“

“Mark was very helpful with picking out a mattress for our daughter. He showed us their selection and knowing it was for her, he built rapport with our daughter who is normally shy around strangers getting her to try the beds and give her opinion. The pricing was great and he helped us get it loaded. I will definitely be back!

Updating review: Since purchasing the mattress, I have returned once to buy a washer with the help of Mark again. I had them install new flooring at my house. They have so many samples to view and were so knowledgeable on the product lines and tuned into my needs. When Alex came out to measure we talked more about the samples, what I liked and didn’t. He used a phone app to show me what my room looked like with lines he carried. He worked within my budget and he never made me feel pressured to make a decision. He has a great vision and is a great listener. Flooring was installed today by Billy and Corbin who were very easy to work with and professional. I can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend John’s Flooring for all your needs!“
