Ashley and Tyler are always very on top of things and have excellent customer service skills! Honestly it's shocking how much this vision center outperforms the rest of the store on every level. Keep doing what you're doing!

I had a situation today that required immediate attention, due to the fact that my friend had run out of her daily wear lenses without realizing it. Ordering online meant she wouldn't have any lenses for another 3-5 days. She normally gets her lenses from LensCrafters, but they didn't have any of her lenses in stock - so I went to Walmart Vision Center at Shrewsbury where Toni and Ashley helped me not only get 5 of her daily wear lenses as samples, but also ordered a box of her lenses at a cost that was less than LensCrafters, and less than what my friend normally pays online. Came in with broken glasses! Sarah saved my butt!! She was able to find a frame and fix my glasses!!! I don't like plastic frames but I was in a bind for time and she was great!!! Thank you Sarah!!!
