Based on the reviews, SERC Physical Therapy in Webb City is a leading outpatient clinic with awesome therapists. The therapists are great, really listen, and provide multiple options for self-care or in-house treatment. The testing gives positive reinforcement that the treatment is working. The environment is very positive and encouraging. SERC changed a patient’s life and gave back hope. The therapist made it clear that pain could be battled and remedied. Through exercises and dry needle therapy, baseline pain went from a 7-8 down to a 2-3. Registration is easy and quick. The therapist is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly communicates what is causing pain and how therapy will improve the situation. The therapy services are wonderful, with a relaxed environment, reasonable goals, and effective treatment.
All the therapists were great, explained what every exercise would improve, gained the strength back in my legs, improved my balance, very clean facility, cleaned equipment between users. I am very grateful to everyone that works there!
The staff always treats their clients with the utmost respect. You are listened to and therapy is adjusted to your particular needs. I have used SERC in Webb City several times and would never consider going anywhere else. I was never released until my full potential was achieved. The therapists and supporting staff are the best and most caring people you’ll find anywhere.
I couldn't recommend a physical therapy better than SERC Webb City!!! every single employee here is kind, funny, and friendly. They've helped me so much in my recovery! I feel completely at ease when I come, and comfortable enough to voice any concerns or questions. I also love the comradery. 10/10 would come again, but hopefully I don't have any more injuries, LOL! these people rock and they're great at what they do.
