FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers provides specialized services, including drug testing and therapy for dizziness. While drug tests are only available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, the staff is efficient and helpful in scheduling appointments. Clients appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness of the therapists, particularly in diagnosing and resolving issues quickly. However, it is advised to drink water before the drug test, as the lobby does not provide it.
My Wife went to FYZICAL Therapy for Vertigo and Dizzy Spells. I went for balance issues the first time, Neck pain the 2nd time. Neil and Whitney are amazing and caring about correcting your issues. Every time we showed up for our appts, they called us back on time, every time. They did correct my Wife's issues and my balance and neck pain. We are both doing our exercises at home like we were told. You will not be disappointed at FYZICAL Therapy. Thank you Neil, Whitney, Dana, Nicole and Jillian.
I am posting this review for my Manager, Monte Anderson. He had shoulder surgery in September and has been doing physical therapy for the past several months at the Fyzical location in Joplin, MO. He has reported that they took tremendous care of him over these past few months. He had worked exclusively with Gillian and said she was extremely supportive and helpful. Great team and a great atmosphere!
I have used him for several years and he's a very good person to have for my medical care. He's a caring man and always ask me about my health and how I am doing ❣️. I recommend him for anything
