Neil diagnosed the cause of my dizziness on the first visit and resolved it that very day. He is professional, thorough and friendly. The office staff is efficient and happy to help you schedule whatever works best for you. Highly recommend the Joplin office.

I got to this place 15m after they opened and there was only one person before me in the lobby however it still took 30m to be seen! .. imagine only one person person being in front of you and it still takes 30m to get seen smh lol... i probably would've been waiting hours if there had been TWO people in front of me smh... Oh and they ALL have attitudes as well, which makes my experience even more wonderful!!!!!!! Just look at other comments from people who say the same thing! I'll never come to this place again

Absolutely love coming here for physical therapy. The staff is extremely helpful, caring, great sense of humor and very nice. I love them all. Especially Neil and his side kick Shania.I don't understand why they have 3.9 stars. It's seems like the rest of the clientele that is here are happy and getting better. I actually look forward to my pt days. I leave with a smile on my face, feeling great and also have made new friends.This is the place you wanna go to for your pt. Trust me and ignorant the bad reviews.
