“I was scheduled for a doctor's appointment. I was checked in by Tricia. She was super kind and caring. I received service with a smile from her. She answered all my questions. She asked if I needed anything. Very good first impression.Then I was taken back to my room by Amanda. This girl is awesome. I felt like I was talking to a friend. I could have sat and talked to her all day. She made me feel that comfortable. She asked if I had any questions. She made sure I was taken care of. I was seeing Leah Rogers that day.This is my second time seeing Leah. She is absolutely the best. She makes you feel so comfortable. She never seemed like she was rushed. She gave me all her attention . She made sure and took the time to see if I had any concerns or questions. Then I was checked out by Carol. Check out was a breeze. Carol was kind and patient. She took the time to make sure the follow up visits worked for me. She gave me service with a smile. This was really the best experience I have ever had at a doctors office. All the staff I ran into was kind and caring. I would highly recommend GVMH to all my friends and family. Thank you everyone! A little kindness goes a long way.“
