Great experience with their towing services. Good communication. Looked at our van and didn’t do anything without checking with us first. They even stayed late so we could stay in the air conditioned office while waiting for our rental. Very reasonable rates, would call again.

AAA said over an hour to get a jump for the battery, but Philip from Twin Lakes got there in under 5min! Then followed him back to his shop, where he installed a new battery for me! SUPER great service AND super fast

Truck broke down while camping at the MO state park. After trying everything I could think of to get it running I finally had to get it towed. I honestly was very hesitant to call twin lakes because of some of the negative reviews but they were the closest and they had a garage so I took my chances and was very happy I did. They came out on Labor day and towed it to their garage. The next day they looked at it and found the problem was just a blown fuse. They could've easily said it was literally anything else but they were honest and only charged me for the tow and about an hour's worth of service. They definitely do not deserve all the negative comments... read full review
