The facility needs more physicians. Dr.Segall is the only physician. He's overloaded with patients. The waiting time is terrible. Which makes the patients irritated. The whole center is not at its best.

We've been trying for two days to get a refill on our granddaughter's migraine medication. Katie trail says they called it in. Wal.art says they have to talk to the doctor to refill ot. I called Katy trail again and told them to call Walmart and then us. So far no call back from Katy trail. Poor communication by Katy trail. In the meantime my granddaughter suffers.

Jessica is a wonderful dental hygienist! She will do everything in her power to get your teeth healthy, and give you the tools and tips that you need! Jessica will make your visit very pleasant, no reason to be afraid of dental!
