I'm genuinely sorry for those who had bad care but my experience here today was completely different than some of the reviews on here. I have been to this clinic many times but today's experience specifically stood out to me because the pretty woman with the Grey and brown hair at the front was so sweet and helpful especially when I lost my wallet. Then there is Dawn! She is the most pleasant, sweet, and caring nurse I've had the pleasure of meeting. I would come back anytime as long as she is there. My wife and I were there today and were pleased with the staff and their service. They performed tests and listened to us and assigned appropriate medications. Took us less than an hour.

I’ve visited this urgent care twice in the past year, and after my most recent experience I won’t be returning. My first visit was underwhelming, and the second visit was the final straw.
I scheduled an appointment time—great feature. I arrived ten minutes early, completed paperwork, and was taken back right on time. Then I sat in the exam room for 30 minutes. I understand that urgent care can run behind, but if you allow patients to schedule specific times, you should at least make an effort to stay close to them.
