I called Heather and let her know ahead of time that I had three feet of hair and was really nervous about getting it cut because I have a history of being upset with my hair after a cut. We met and I told her I wanted to cut a lot off and donate it, then maybe get a light wave perm. I appreciated that she never tried to talk me out of a big cut, and made an appointment with her. The day came, and I finally found the courage to sit in the chair. She worked quickly, obviously with years of practice. Great prices, and nice clean job on my eyebrow waxing, and the staff member worked with me when I was running late. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was due to the odd conversation the staff member started and the fact that she said she normally doesn't wax above the eyebrows unless someone requests she do it that way? I'm not sure if that's common or not but every other place I've ever gone to always waxes on top

I love this place because every time I go, it feels like Home away from Home. It's nice to get to see the ladies that work there and find out what's been going on in their lives. It's where I learned to build a bond with my hair stylist.
