“Came in for a simple balayage before a long anticipated out-of-country trip. I wanted some blonde around my face and a few pieces in the back/sides to tie into the blonde in the front. I left with my entire head dyed. It looked like a mix of dirty grayish & chlorine bleached blonde. I called a couple days later & was told I would receive a call back. Sadly that call never came. So it goes…$176 later and zero blonde around my face :(** UPDATE as of 19 January **I misspoke & want to publicly apologize for my previous review. I just got back from my trip which is why it took so long for this update. I didn’t give my new balayage time to “settle” and I’m actually quite pleased with the way it turned out! I highly recommend this salon AND Lexie, and retract my 1 star rating!!!(I was not paid or coerced to write this!)-Michelle-“
