A Better Electric, Heating & Air

The storm on July 4th tore our electrical mast off the house and we needed an electrician to repair prior to CoMo restoring power. I had called other recommended electricians but no one would call me back. I know everyone is swamped due to widespread power outage and damages. Lucky for me a relative gave me the name of A-Better Electric Heating & Air. I put in a service request on their website late last night and to my surprise was given a call back first thing the next morning. When I told them the issue and that we were still without power day 4 they said they would try and get someone there the same day. I find this company honest and dependable and if there's any problems they will certainly take care of you not like a lot of other companies that you don't know if you got a good deal or not

Bill was absolutely amazing!! I needed a new thermostat due to mine acting up and was giving me trouble, plus some other issues that was going on with the furnace.. And Bill made the whole process as easy as possible. He came out in a timely manner, was very respectful, and was more than willing to help. He set it up for me and then showed me other ways to make my life easier to work it. He was able to complete the job time efficiently and overall just made the experience very comfortable. I highly recommend him!!
