Trent, the young man who came out to work on our furnace, was friendly and professional. He arrived at the early side of the window of time they had proposed, worked efficiently and seemed very knowledgeable. He had to order a part for us to finalize the service work but he got the furnace running again while we await the replacement part. Thanks for having good people working for you Comfort Care.

Stephen has been great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Provided great advice and answered all of our questions. Installation was easy. The only thing is there was confusion about who was purchasing the wifi thermostat he installed. I called the office on 10/4/23 to confirm we wanted Comfort Care to purchase and install the thermostat but that was not relayed to Stephen. Luckily, he called and asked before he came so he was able to purchase it.

Very prompt. Analyzed the problem within 15 minutes. Had video of the issue. Ordered parts to repair. Parts were installed within a week and the unit runs perfectlyService: HVAC system repair
