Great company! Did a new install in one day and did a professional job.Rich got me the perfect unit for our needs. So quiet after all these years of a noisy old unit. Staff was outstanding!! Thank you for a job well done.
Dec 29th 2025 we had a Complete Heat Pump Failure and for 30 Days used the Electric Backup as well our Fireplace to Heat our Two Story Home. We Obtained 3 Bids to replace the 9 Year old System which only had a 5 Year Warranty. Rich Bakers Bid was Significantly Lower. One of the Bidders even charged for the Service Call to give us an Estimate! Rich, Dan, Tristan and kale replaced the Entire 4 ton Outside Unit, Inside Air Handler, 20 kw backup Heat, Thermostats in Two Ft of SNOW in 5 hours!!! We Went with Daikin because of the 12 Year Warranty.
