I took my Nintendo switch there to have a repair. I didn't receive communication for 6 weeks. Went back and they needed more money to repair. Again never heard back. Spent the next two months calling 2-3 times per week and kept being told it was sent to a warehouse and they would get it back and contact me which they never did. Several times I was told to go to a location and it would be there which it never was. I still have not received my device back. Awful service!!

Went in for an iPhone battery replacement, and it's never held a charge of more than 3%. The phone keeps restarting by itself even when plugged in, and is unusable. I'm very disappointed that Bala, could do such a terrible job.. stop advertising services you can't deliver on.

Wish I would have read the reviews from 6 months to a year ago. Repeated reviews about them damaging customer devices. Took my device in for repair and got it back where it wouldn't even power on. Customer didn't have anything to test device and then denied everything. Had to spend $400 to purchase a new device. Management never returns calls. Was promised multiple call backs from management and no one ever does. These guys are legit criminal and all around dirt bags.1

Took my phone in for a battery replacement. Battery was bloated and the phone had separated but was still fully functional. They replaced the battery but after they did the phone no longer worked. I gave them two weeks to undo whatever they had done and they couldn’t. Took it to another place nearby and they had it back up and fully functional in an hour… and they also informed me that I had been grossly overcharged for the battery.They might be good for a screen protector or a case, but I strongly do not recommend that you take your phone there for any type of repair or replacement.

Completely damaged a device brought to them to be repaired. Called 5 times over a week each time told I'd be called back about this. Still have never received any call back. Device was working when brought in and completely ruined when received back and employees refuse to accept any responsibility. Management is non existent. this place will scam you. Just avoid at any cost it's not worth it. Please learn from my expense.
