Let me start by saying I’ve wanted to get a tattoo from BigBear for years. I finally pulled the trigger — and here’s my experience:

The shop was incredibly clean, and the overall aesthetic was both comfortable and super cool. Everyone had their own personal touches at their stations, which made it feel really welcoming. And let me tell you, everyone — from the staff to the other customers — was so sweet and made me feel right at home!

From booking a consultation to getting one of my tattoos retouched, and finally getting some new ink — the entire process was a BREEZE! As someone who works your typical Monday–Friday, 8–5 schedule, it can be tough to make appointments. But everyone — from Kelly (who helped with scheduling) to Wolfman (who did my artwork) — was so flexible, and I seriously can’t thank them enough.

Now, onto the actual piece…

Wolfman is OUTSTANDING.
He’s kind, understanding, funny, and really listens to your wants, needs, and concerns. He was genuinely excited to do this piece — which is always awesome, to have the artist just as excited as you are. And let me just say — he did a phenomenal job. I’m constantly getting compliments! His attention to detail is incredible, and he has such a gentle touch.
