Lacie is has been my dogs groomer for years!! She is absolutely wonderful with them even the one that has crazy sensitive skin, she worked with us so we all could figure out what worked best for him!

It's always clean & staff is so friendly & helpful. I love that I don't have to turn my dog because the tub is able to be reached on both sides. They do a great job with his nails too. Thank you guys. ❤️

Absolutely absurd experience. I had a bad feeling dropping off my pet. I should have listened to my gut. Don’t go here. What a slop job. I don’t think this place will be open much longer.

Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. This groomer was unprofessional beyond belief. From the moment we arrived, we were met with dismissive and chaotic behavior. Despite having a scheduled appointment, we were told not to be mad if they couldn’t complete the grooming because they were “busy today.” Why overbook if you can’t deliver the service?
We were pressured to pay as soon as we entered, prior to even being able to see our 2 golden retrievers- with a clearly aggressive dog in the lobby—a completely chaotic environment. When we did finally see her, it was clear they didn’t clean their ears, file their nails, and the cut was super uneven. They even claimed our dog “threw herself out of the tub” three times—an alarming admission that raises serious concerns about their ability to keep pets safe.
When we asked for our dogs back, they refused to return them-even after paying—despite the poor service and mishandling. They told us we should be grateful for the work they managed to do. No- we were customers with an appointment paying for a professional service, not doing them a favor.
We will never return, and I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their pets here. It’s simply not safe professional or trustworthy.

Self wash includes all products and tools you'll need. Wash and dry at one bay. They have a punch card and the 6th self wash is free. I'll be back again.

I took my dog last Tuesday for a wash, like I have once before. 2 days later (Thursday) my dog had bumps and open sores all over his back. He wouldn’t let us pet his back because he was in so much pain. I thought it was a weird allergy. Yesterday (Monday) I took him to the vet because it was continuing to spread. The vet informed me that it was a STAFF infection. He then asked if I had taken him to a groomers, I told him where I took him and he said it was due to me using their tools. I now have to give him a medicated bath every 4 days and he is on antibiotics for the next 10 days. As well as keeping him away from my other dog as he could be contagious. I spoke with the owner, she did not seem very concerned and was only willing to give me a free wash or my $15 back after I spent $120 at the vet. I have had my dog since he was 8 weeks old and he has never had anything like this. More accountability needs to be taken. Mistakes happen but this was a big one. Be careful where you take your dogs!
