The technician, Todd, arrived on time and took steps demonstrating genuine respect of my property. The issue that I had (a gurgling drain), was resolved in under an hours time. The pricing was high in my opinion; however, the work did come with a 6 month guarantee and the service was completed by a professional and courteous representative.
Danny was very helpful with cleaning my basement drain that was running slow. He noted the deterioration of the cast iron piping and brought in Nicholas Haines, specialist, who was very thorough in analyzing the state of the pipe and explained thoroughly what was happening and what eventually would occur. He was excellent help in helping me work out the project that needed to be done.
Nicholas was timely, professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable when he responded to my emergency plumbing issue. He arrived within 45 mins from the time I called and put my mind at ease in the middle of a crisis. Would highly recommend Nicholas Haines for any plumbing needs!
