Staff is incredibly nice and caring. Facility is great! Nice to learn abput all the amazing services they offer for both women and men! Also much easier to get appointment rather than waiting months to get a womens well visit with obgyn

I made an appointment at this location and minutes later my mother received my appt confirmation email, a link to set up mychart, and an estimate for services I was coming to have done. Mind you I am a grown 24 year old adult. I am assuming this happened because my mother brought me to planned parenthood when I was 15 years old and likely had her phone number and email on file for me as I was a minor at the time. HOWEVER, when I scheduled an appointment, nobody verified my demographic information other than my address which likely led to the distribution of my personal information to my other family member which is completely inappropriate. The ball was dropped. When I called this morning to speak to an office manager I was told she wasn't in office (perfectly fine) but then, I asked the rep to review my demographic info with me so we can take off any phone numbers and emails that were not mine and she stated that she was not able to do that without a security code... even though they were able to access it and ask me what my current address was and take off the incorrect one not 24 hours before. I believe this was in retaliation to me asking for a manager and I will be reporting this location to the BBB as well as the Department of Health and Human services for a HIPAA violation. It is wildly inappropriate for family members to know what I am coming in for or to even be able to question why I have an appt with PP. My information is suppose to be confidential and the simple step of verifying my demographic info while scheduling me should have prevented this. Again, the ball was dropped and unfortunately it led to my personal information being leaked. I would not recommend this planned parenthood to anyone especially if you care about your personal information being confidential.

Overall, everyone provided great customer care/service. Nicki greeted me, checked me in, and gave me all the help I needed. She was just lovely. Extra cool points for her pins. I appreciate her and everybody else who took care of me today.

Horrible! They make you go all the way to the CWE location for some services, as simple as getting an EC pill. Why do you have to go 30 plus miles for that? Just sad!

Had a fantastic experience at my appointment here to get an IUD. Made the appointment online (easy!), got a text when there was an earlier appointment available if I wanted to take it, and was seen promptly during my appointment. I noticed and appreciated the safety and privacy measures they have in place for their patients. The medical provider was not rushed, and clearly explained each step as we went. I appreciate the consent-based treatment -- if you're someone who's nervous about getting gynecological care, I think this would be a great place to get treatment because they really emphasize your comfort and consent with the procedure. It's all very affirming and positive. Also the person who checked me in at the desk was a gem!

I got a vasectomy done at planned parenthood. This was the location of my first consult for the procedure and final follow up - the actual procedure was at Forest Park. The staff was welcoming and set a respectful and pleasant tone for all three visits. I came in contact with 7 different staff members and each one was friendly and nice.
The procedure itself was painful, but not too bad. The recovery was basically as expected (really bad for a week, unpleasant for 2-3 weeks, then basically nothing). I felt pretty well prepared for it all.
I just had my final follow-up appointment and overall I am very happy to rate this location and the Forest Park location as solid 10/10. Keep up the good work!
