From the start, we visited the sales building in St Peter’s and had zero pressure but plenty of expert advice when we inquired about their carpeting. Michael was courteous and light hearted. The installers were amazing, they truly cared about taking good care of our house and not leaving any collateral damage behind, they were there first thing in the morning and stayed on task until it was finished.
The pattern on our carpet had to be a challenge when it came time to do a seam but that was done perfectly and the seam is invisible! They even vacuumed before they left. Super cool place to do business with. Now we too can say that we have been floored... read full review

I was looking for a specific carpet that i had in my mind and Michael's was the only place that had what i was looking for..I was happy with the service and the price. The installer's were very good at their job and very friendly. Overall I'm happy with the whole experience and how much better my basement looks.
