Dr. Swierk sat with Poppy on the ground to get her real comfortable for the exam. We followed up on a previous appointment about surgery and he laid out all the information for me. Nothing felt rushed, and he made sure to fully answer any questions/concerns I had.
I really appreciated how, even during a bit of an emergency, I was able to reach out to the office at 3 AM by leaving a voicemail. Before they even opened, I received a call back and was able to bring Simba (my cat) in right away. The staff was warmly welcoming, and Dr. took great care of Simba. The visit was quick, and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The wonderful news is that, just 24 hours later, Simba is already showing significant improvement with his symptoms.
Everyone was so nice! Thank you to Dr. Dierker and everyone who helped get blood work from our little ferret Loki. They brought him treats and right away you just felt how much everyone cares at this clinic. We got a lot of information on what's going on with our little guy and we appreciate finally having some options. Thanks again!!
