As always, another positive experience with Cisco. After helping to keep my older 26-year-old HVAC running, I finally decided to purchase an entire new HVAC system. Pricing was most reasonable (with 0% finacing) and we are so happy with our new system. The Cisco staff/workers were genuine, efficient, knowlegable, clean & organized, and answered all my questions. Just had my inspection and was told that Cisco always does a Great Job!

From the beginning of my interaction with Sue in the office - she is phenomenal and understands when a heating and cooling situation can be an emergency, especially for the elderly. Is she arranged for a service person immediately and to my surprise I got to interact a second time with Mike the service technician Cisco needs to put him on a Xerox machine and make 10 of him because he is that outstanding! Fair pricing, immediate service when available, compassionate office management team, and a knowledgeable service member in the field. When you need heating and cooling the only place to call is Cisco!!!

My A/C stopped cooling; I called Cisco this morning and they were able to send a technician (Mike) out same day! Mike was even early! Fortunately it was simply out of refrigerant. Mike was able to get it recharged and he was out the door in under an hour! Mike was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; answering all my questions! Would highly recommend!
