My Primary Healthcare Provider is with this group. When the doctor orders lab work, the lab is on the first floor. This building's location would be perfect if there was a BJC Pharmacy here as well.
I just had my first visit with Dr Schnurr at this office. My previous doctor moved and so I had to find a new general practitioner and ended up picking this location because it was close to my house. I was beyond impressed with Dr Schnurr and her bedside Manner and level of thoroughness that she provided in my first visit to establish care with her. She went through my entire medical history and really took the time to get to know me in a way that no doctor had done previously. Aside from that, all of the nurses and receptionists were so warm and friendly. Really happy with my choice, as I was super nervous about switching to somebody new altogether. Highly recommend!
This medical practice is wonderful. Our first visit was a great experience with knowledgeable professionals. From the moment we checked-in with Ellie at the front desk, the experience was welcoming, knowledgeable, proactive, and reassuring. Ellie is the friendliest front desk person I have ever encountered and made sure we had a follow-up appointment in just a few weeks, not a few months. Michelle thoroughly checked over my daughter's medical list and didn't just gloss over it, which was very much appreciated.
