Zimmerman does excellent work. They are very punctual, efficient and provide great communication. I have utilized their services several times and have had no surprises. They also provide creative solutions that have saved me money, or provided a better end experience.
From scheduling to billing, Zimmerman Electric has exceeded my expectations. Scheduling was easy and with a person. The two young men arrived timely as scheduled. They were excellent – professional, thoughtful in preparation and clean-up, and personable. I was so impressed!
It's not often these days that a business goes above and beyond, but Zimmerman sure did today. I work from home in a a little studio in my backyard with a window unit. I had gone into my house and when I went back out there the power was out and there was a slight smell of smoke that I thought I had smelled yesterday. I figured that the issue was a breaker since the electricity was on in the house. I checked the breaker and sure enough it had tripped, but I couldn't get it to go back on.
