I’ve been using Welsch for over 10 years now. It started when my furnace went out on Christmas Day and it was 10 degrees outside. I called Welsch the next morning and they dispatched their tech Scott immediately. Within a few hours he had parts located, installed, and the furnace working again. Well this time, my A/C decided to fail one afternoon when it was 90 outside with high humidity. I called Welsch and they had their tech Scott here again within 24 hours. Scott arrived in the mid afternoon, troubleshooted the problem, located parts and had the unit up and running before he left in the evening. Chris and Jeremy came out today to help service my AC unit. The identified the problem and took the time to educate me on what was wrong. I appreciate the service, and would recommend Welsch to my friends based on their incredible service.
We contacted Welsch to give us an estimate on running some duct work in our basement as we are finishing it. Denny came out and took a look and had some really great ideas about how to set everything up. We had a very clear idea of the work that was to be done. We hired them and the HVAC guy that came out was phenomenal (sorry I cannot remember his name). He knew exactly what Denny proposed and where everything was going. And he did everything in around three hours. To top it all off, the price was very reasonable. Very grateful for the team at Welsch and they will be our go to for any future HVAC needs. Thank you all!!
