I was not happy with Walmart vision . I doubt I’ll be going back for a few reasons . Customer service was not the best . I called 4 times asking when my glasses would be in. They kept telling me they were in shipping status. The 15th day I called again. When the lady heard my name she says “ we texted you that they were here “ I said I didn’t get a text , even looked again at my phone to be sure and I got no text. I didn’t have an extra pair to fall back on . I would have not went there if I known it would have took 15 days to get my glasses. Ashley and Tyler are always very on top of things and have excellent customer service skills! Honestly it's shocking how much this vision center outperforms the rest of the store on every level. Keep doing what you're doing!

I had a situation today that required immediate attention, due to the fact that my friend had run out of her daily wear lenses without realizing it. Ordering online meant she wouldn't have any lenses for another 3-5 days. She normally gets her lenses from LensCrafters, but they didn't have any of her lenses in stock - so I went to Walmart Vision Center at Shrewsbury where Toni and Ashley helped me not only get 5 of her daily wear lenses as samples, but also ordered a box of her lenses at a cost that was less than LensCrafters, and less than what my friend normally pays online.
