When you pay make sure you pay with cash!! They don’t tell you but they charge you to use your credit/debit card! Then you find out your bill was higher than expected. It would have been nice if they would have let me know then I could have paid with cash!
Staff was friendly when I initially came in. It is partially my fault because I did not ask for trials of the contacts I was suggested, but once I ordered the contacts and one set came in I was given those contacts and then requested a trial set for the other eye because those had not arrived. I later requested a trial for the other eye so that I could have a second travel case but was denied. They were super unhelpful when I was on the phone. I just wanted a second case to match the other but either I was confused or the office was confused with my request. I spent a lot of money on the contacts and I'm even sure it would not kill them to give me another trial case for either eye so I could have two cases. But initially everything was fine but follow up may be lacking. edit- problem resolved I just ordered a trial case from the manufacturer. So if in fact the office was actually out of my power I have taken care of the situation myself.
Excellent customer care by the front-line staff, Jenny the technician performing the diagnostics and Dr. Friederich. He can answer any question I give him! I highly recommend and they are thorough.
