Very unprofessional! I was referred by someone and I first spoke to Joe Wells who stated he would have someone get in touch to schedule an appointment for tax filings! Later I received a call from a women named Ms. Michelle who scheduled me an appointment I sent sensitive documents to her via email which I was not all the way okay with doing! She had poor communication never answered the phone. The day before my appointment she canceled and still didn't have any updates about my business taxes! I reached back out to Joe who passed me off to her and he was rude called me ignorant because they canceled last minute! He went on a trip out the country very bad customer... read full review

overall not satified with experience with vip tax services, filed my taxes and it was a hassle figuring out when i was going to recieve my refund. Everytime i was told she'll get back with me, she never did, communication was very poor and took fees that was never mentioned to me. Dont waste your time here.
