Christy and the staff were wonderful. My father passed away and I had to make arrangement from out of town. They were so helpful with our request and the service was great. The facility is amazing and historical.

Mediocre in care of grounds, service, and results. Nick was very kind and nice to deal with but a question about engraving a headstone was not responded to before another phone call a week later. At our burial the urn did not fit into the vault although the urn company had spoken with them, given them the measurements and assured them it would fit. I understand the employees responsible for that fiasco is no longer there., so some accountability. Question: why would you need to pay for a vault for cremains? Nine months after the burial my mother’s grave had not been filled in and was a sunken hole filled with snow. If Nick had not been so kind and respectful I would have given a worse rating. He says they are trying to make up for neglect by the former owners, so I hope maintenance and service will be getting better.

Do better Valhalla!!! Nobody’s resting place should look like this. Disrespect. No shame. Was supposed to reach out when rectified and haven’t received anything. Never had a problem until this new management took over.

Embarrassing !!! I had 2 masoleums that were purchased in 1977 but not used yet. In April 2024 I donated them to a friend. I am embarrassed at how the new management is to deal with. They say they are open 9am to 3pm but they aren’t. I could go on and on about how heartless they are. I have been visiting this cemetery since 1977. It has changed drastically since the new owners took over in October 2023, and definitely not for the good !!!

The new management of this place is AWFUL! I have been visiting family here for 25 years and this is the first year the doors have been locked, they don’t post hours and do not care if you cannot gain access to visit. I could not visit on Good Friday because they were closed but never had it posted anywhere. They clearly act like they own your loved ones and I would stay faaaar from this place and find somewhere else. Degenerates.

I can't say enough about Valhalla! We made arrangements over the phone and via email (my father passed away out of town) and we were beyond impressed! The mausoleum we had my dad's services in were so unique and beautiful, and all of our mementos were perfectly displayed. On a day where we were running of fumes and emotions, Valhalla took care of everything.

While researching my family tree I found a few relatives here, went out to see them and a man named Nick took us out to find them all. He was extremely nice and seemed to know alot of information about the cemetery. The Mausoleum is very beautiful and well maintained.

Incredibly rude woman working here, answering phones and belittling people, hanging up on them. Avoid Valhalla Funeral Chapel, Crematory and Cemetery at all costs.
