Outdoor cable and phone boxes needed to be removed, and wires needed to be capped. They were prompt in returning my call, professional and thorough. With other companies failing to return calls, show up when expected, and so on, this was a fantastic experience! It was a simple task, and it was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism, and I will not hesitate to use Universal Electrical Services again in the future.
My dryer went out after the last hurricane. We were unsure what the problem was as the washer was still working. It was the breaker to the dryer that needed replacing. An evaluation was done for other work that needs to be done and an estimate given for that future work as well.
I recently had James come in and do recessed lighting in my dining room. He not only did a spectacular job, but he was kind and patient and listened to any concerns i may have had and was able to do the job exactly how i had pictured it. In fact, the final result was even better that i could have imagined. Amazing job Mariano .
