    They sounded nice on the phone, sent a technician out who said Ameren had to re-attach the ceramic anchor to the house. Ameren placed the anchor so the weather head could not be straightened out. Rosco came out ti assess the situation, said " they scheduled Ameren", However, 3 months later and a dozen phone calls to Rosco electric and no answer, no return phone call, but they did take my credit card and charge me several hundred dollars FOR NOTHING....... What does one call that? Taking money for services promised BUT never delivered, I call it a rip off.

    Rosco responded quickly when we needed a few repairs done before selling our house. All of my interactions with Angela, Neal, and Amanzi were courteous, professional, thorough, and quick!     Roscoe Electric came out and wired my hot tub, replaced a GFCI, and installed a shut off circuit. I am very happy with the work they did for me.
