Ultrasteam was very professional and cordial. Paul worked super hard to get out some stains on my cushions from my grandchildren. I am very pleased with them and will definitely use them again.
Paul was easy to work with for cleaning our carpets. He communicated well, was prompt and thorough. He even called back a couple days later to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend Ultrasteam!
Paul, one of the co-owners of this company was the one that came to my house to clean some very dirty and dog urine spots on the wall to wall carpeting. Also two sets of stairs. I would highly recommend this business. He worked very hard to get the carpeting presentable and odor free again.
