Ulta made the pick up so easy. I was trying to get things done and not walking too much as I was having issues with my leg since surgery. Decided to order online and pickup. It was great! Really awesome and courteous employees. Quick pick up. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Store was so clean and well maintained and again, such helpful and kind people who work here and make the ulta such a nice place to visit and get the things I need. I truly appreciate the quickness but, much more importantly the great smiles and customer service. Thank you!

I bought a full Corsx skincare set and Catherine was very helpful. She succinctly explained each product, how it works, and what it does, all while having a very friendly and welcoming attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back and know who to ask if I have any questions :)

The check out girl I had either really didn't like her job or was having a terrible day. The one helping my daughter was nice though. I'm a previous Ulta employee so I know exactly how it feels to do that job. If you can't treat people with basic decency, don't work retail.
