I'm so glad I've joined THIS WAY LADIES! I'm looking forward to gaining better balance, flexibility and strength.Everyone is very nice and encouraging. There are numerous cardio and weight machines. I highly recommend
I have been a member of This Way Ladies since 2017. There are so many things I love about this place. First, Lisa, the owner, is happy, friendly, very professional, and goes above and beyond. Lisa teaches classes, is a personal trainer, and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness. At this way ladies, it is about fitness, but also relationships. I have met the most amazing women! In addition to being the best kept secret boutique gym for women, Lisa organizes a book club on the premises, outings to the winery, trips to Kimmswick, and sometimes we load into our cars and catch a movie! Perfect for those who want to work out without men watching or trainers hitting on you. Very clean and friendly environment. Never worry about what you wear or look like or do for exercise. I recommend to all of my female friends!
