I work with many different freight companies shipping from California to my customers all over the US for 15 plus years And have NEVER had a freight company resolve an issue the way that Sutton did today! Typically if freight doesn’t get loaded for a scheduled delivery the freight companies give 2 options pick it up yourself or reschedule for next available day. With no apologies or customer service at all. The girls we spoke with today were very understanding of the issue and said the delivery appointment should not have fallen thru and did what no other transportation Company ever does and made sure my customer got her shipment today. A well organized company with so much potential. The supervisors not only lead but work with you. All the workers are very especially good workers. Gotta say this place is a great opportunity.
