I have had nothing but positive experiences since the new owner Bob took over Super Service car wash (formally auto spa of university city) I had a negative experience with my previous owners about replacing floor mats that where taken out of my car. The new owner Bob had nothing to do with this problem but he gave me his word it would be resolved since he now owned the car wash. The former owners didn’t do the right thing Bob made good on his word and replaced my mats. Since that I have returned to Super service car wash and every time my car has been very clean inside and out. I’ve been so surprised at the great customer service I decided to become a monthly member and it is well worth it. If you have any issues Ask for Bob he is very accessible and he will take care of you and treat you right!Services: Vacuuming
I like Melvin the car washer he is the only one that I prefer to wash my car. But here is the problem I have a membership with them it was supposed to be $30.00 dollars but they been charging my credit card $34.00 so ok I let that go thinking that it's taxes and fees. But how do you start charging me $39.00 without tell.???? Billing practices need to be checked into? But you ain't going to get rich off of me.
