I go out of my way to visit this location. In the several years that I've consistently visited, at least 1 time per month, I've not had a bad experience with the Car Wash. The Wheel Deal is my go-to and occasionally I add the Mat Cleaning. The only reason I don't do the membership is because I don't visit enough within each month to make it count. At any rate, no complaints from me!

I have been pleased with the car washes that I have had at this location of Waterway. That being said, I felt the need to mention that I had a $200 pending charge for $19 worth of gas that I purchased to top off the tank. This is the first time I experienced this, and I believe it is very unfair, regardless of what your card limit is. I have never had this happen to me when I gas up in Florissant, where I live, and I can't help but wonder if I was a victim of "zip code discrimination?" Be watchful over your card statements, especially with the holidays at hand!

Amazing service! it has been like 6 years since I last got a deep clean of my car. It looks brand new. The staff was so friendly.
